Love Island: Peter Andre steps up efforts to ban Princess from performing
Peter Andre has doubled his period on his daughter Princess appearing on Love Island.
The Mysterious Girl singer, who shares eldest children Princess and Junior with ex-wife Katie Price, has previously shared his strict housekeeping rules regarding the ITV2 dating series.
However, he may have to think again as the 14-year-old has revealed that she still wants to be on the show in the future.
Having absolutely nothing, Peter, 48, wrote in his short story! Magazine column: “The princess said she wanted to do it, but I still haven’t changed my mind about it.
“Present it?” Yes. A candidate? Not so sure!
“She said, ‘Would you ever let me go to Love Island? “
“I told him, ‘When they start doing Love Island based on priests and nuns and they give their sermons on Sundays, you can go to Love Island but no luck until then. “
Well, that could be an interesting spin-off …
Peter met Katie in front of the cameras and millions of watching viewers at home, while attending I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004.
But he’s stopped letting his kids look for love on TV – and won’t even let Princess watch Love Island.
“I’m not allowing Princess to watch the show, but she just turned 14, so maybe I’ll change my mind,” he recently told Woman.
However, while the dating show is out of the question, the father-of-four is confident that Junior, 16, will follow in his footsteps with a stint in the jungle at some point.
“And I understand that because he and Princess are the only children born because of the jungle,” he added to the post.
While there are no plans for Junior to head to Down Under any time soon, he is taking the same path as his father, launching his own music career.
The teenager recently signed with Columbia Records, with label bosses describing him as having “immense natural talent.”
Celebrating the news, he said: “Signing my very first recording contract is a dream come true.
“I want to thank everyone who helped me get here, especially the team at Columbia and Rebel Records and everyone who worked with me on this project.
“I can’t wait to share my music with the world. “
Peter proudly added: “I signed my first recording contract at 16. It was my dream and my passion to see Junior sign his first recording contract at the same age.
“I took him to Rebel Records six months ago and Junior and the team are now part of the Columbia family.
“I am so happy for him. The passion and dedication that Junior has put into this project is incredible and we can’t wait for you to hear it. ‘
