This is the easiest slow cooker recipe, and perhaps one of the most delicious! This honey garlic chicken & veggies is simple but packed with flavor. Just throw it all in, and let it cook all day. Dinner is served! If you want to amp up the flavor you can broil the chicken at the end, and add it right back into the slow cooker until you’re ready to eat!

| Ingredients |.
3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
Season the Chicken with: 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ Teaspoon Cayenne, Salt and Pepper to taste..
16 Ounces Carrots, Peeled and Quartered.
16 Ounces Baby Red Skin Potatoes, Halved.
16 Ounces Green Beans, Trimmed.
1 Large Onion, Diced.
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced.
Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Sauce:
½ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce.
½ Cup Honey.
¼ Cup Ketchup.
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil.
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning.
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes.
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper.
½ Teaspoon Onion Powder.
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Slurry:
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch.
½ Cup Cold Water.
| Instructions |.
Combine vegetables in a 16 quart slow cooker and season with salt and pepper to taste..
Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker with the vegetables..
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, olive oil, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables..
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Avoid opening the lid often, as this allows the steam to escape..
Optional: Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and broil for 3-4 minutes to develop a brown color. You may return the chicken to the slow cooker and keep warm until ready to serve..
****DO NOT put the slow cooker insert in the oven. IT WILL crack. *****.
Optional: To thicken the sauce, collect the liquid from the slow cooker and transfer to a sauce pan. Bring the sauce to a boil. To make a slurry, combine 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch with ½ cup of COLD water. Whisk the slurry together and add to the sauce. Stir well and cook until it thickens. Pour over the chicken and veggies in the slow cooker to keep warm until ready to eat!

All of the meals I rotate in my families’ dinners about once every month or two. They all are very quick and EASY! 5 ingredients or less means they don’t break the bank either. Hope you enjoy! -baby carrots.
-small red potatoes.
-chuck roast.
-lipton onion soup mix.
-1-2 cups of water.
cook 4-6 hours on high.
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE.
-1 pound breakfast sausage.
chop 1 green bell pepper.
-1 cup of milk.
-10-12 eggs.
1 bag of shredded cheese.
1 frozen bag of hashbrowns.
-layer meat/bell pepper, hashbrowns, eggs and cheese until all is used.
-cook on low for 10-12 hours.
MEATBALLS & TORTELLINI.
-frozen meatballs toast in oven beforehand for a crunchier taste.
-1 bag tortellini.
-2 jars of pasta sauce.
-2 cups of water.
-slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
CHICKEN SALSA.
-1 jar of your favorite salsa.
-1-2 pounds of chicken.
-sliced bell pepper.
-cook on low for 8-10 hours and shred with a knife and fork.
-pair with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guac, etc..
FRITO PIE.
1-2 pounds of ground beef/turkey.
-kidney beans, drained.
-chili beans.
-fire roasted tomatoes.
-chili seasoning mix.
-black beans, drained.
1 cup of water.
-cook on low for 8-10 hours.
-fritos.
-shredded cheese.
HAMBURGER HELPER.
-1-2 pounds of ground beef/turkey.
half chopped onion.
-1 1/2 cups of milk.
-1 can of beef broth.
-1 small can of tomato sauce.
-cayenne, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder.
cook on low for 8-10 hours.
-1 pound of rotini.
-1/4 cup of flour to thicken.
-let noodles sit in liquid until cooked.
LO MEIN.
-1 pound of chicken.
-oriental stir fry.
-soy sauce.
-ginger, garlic sauce.
-lo mein noddles.
let chicken, and sauce cook on low 8 hours.
add veggies in for about an hour.
boil noodles.
-combine, stir, and add soy sauce.

Here is what you’ll need!
4 EASY SLOW COOKER DINNERS.
POT ROAST.
Serves 5.
INGREDIENTS.
3 pounds chuck roast.
Salt, to taste.
Pepper, to taste.
1 ounce dried onion soup mix.
1 onion, diced.
3 gold potatoes, diced.
3 large carrots, chopped..
½ cup water.
PREPARATION.
Place the chuck roast in a 7-quart slow cooker..
Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and onion soup pack. Top with vegetables and water..
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours..
Enjoy!
CHICKEN & BISCUITS.
Serves 5.
INGREDIENTS.
3 chicken breasts, diced.
Salt, to taste.
Pepper, to taste.
2 cups broccoli florets.
2 cups baby carrots, diced.
21.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup.
1 can refrigerated biscuits.
PREPARATION.
Place the chicken in a 7-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle on salt & pepper..
Add the veggies and condensed soup, and mix thoroughly..
Cook on high for 3 hours..
Rip biscuit dough into small pieces, and drop evenly over chicken. Cook an additional hour..
Enjoy!
STUFFED PEPPERS.
Serves 5.
INGREDIENTS.
5 bell peppers, hollowed out.
2 cups cooked rice.
Salt, to taste.
Pepper, to taste.
1 can corn, drained.
½ onion, diced.
1 can beans, drained.
½ cup diced tomatoes.
½ cup salsa.
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
½ cup chicken stock.
PREPARATION.
In a bowl, mix the rice, salt, pepper, corn, onion, beans, tomatoes, and salsa..
Place the bell peppers hollowed side up into a 7-quart slow cooker. Cut the bottoms of the peppers if needed to help them stand up better..
Fill peppers halfway with rice mixture, then sprinkle on 1 cup of cheese..
Fill to the top with rice mixture, and top with the remaining cheese..
Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the slow cooker..
Cook on high for 4 hours..
Enjoy!
CORNBREAD CHILI.
Serves 5.
INGREDIENTS.
2 pounds pork shoulder, diced.
1 tablespoon seasoned salt.
1 tablespoon cumin.
1 can kidney beans, drained.
½ cup tomato, diced.
½ onion, diced.
½ cup red enchilada sauce.
1 box cornbread mix, prepared according to instructions.
Cheddar cheese to top, optional.
PREPARATION.
Place the pork shoulder, seasoned salt, cumin, kidney beans, tomato, onion, and enchilada sauce in a 7-quart slow cooker. Mix thoroughly..
Cook on high for 3 hours..
Dollop prepared cornbread evenly over mixture. Cook an additional hour..
Top with cheddar cheese if desired..

One of my favorite kitchen appliances that makes meal prep so easy, tasty, and of course, healthy is the slow cooker, also known as the crock pot..
So if you’re looking to Live Lean, you need to start planning your meals and preparing them in advance. Meal prep is one of the most effective ways to lose body fat and build lean muscle..
One simple way to do this is using a slow cooker. It’s one of the easiest ways to meal prep and cook in bulk. Also, most slow cooker recipes are lower calorie as no added oils, butters, or sauces are required to keep the food moist, since the juices from the meat help..
To really take advantage of slow cooker, make sure you add a lot of ingredients to cook in bulk, then store the left overs in the fridge or freezer. That way, you can take them to work, or eat later as a quick snack on the go..
Healthy slow cooker recipes that are so easy and tasty:
Slow cooker recipe #1: Tri-tip beef with vegetables.
Course: Main Dish.
Prep Time: 2 minutes.
Cook Time: 7 hours.
Servings: 7.
INGREDIENTS.
2 1/4 lbs tri-tip beef (pre-seasoned or add your favorite spices).
1/4 cup Water.
1 chopped red onion.
2 cups baby carrots.
2 cups cauliflower (chopped).
2 cups broccoli (chopped).
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Add the tri-tip beef to the slow cooker..
2. Add a 1/4 cup of water..
3. Then add as many vegetables as you like. We usually add a combination of chopped onion, baby carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli..
4. Put the lid on the slow cooker and set the timer for 7 hours..
5. You’re done..
Nutrition Info (per serving):
Calories: 383.
Protein: 43g.
Carbohydrates: 10g.
Fat: 19g.
One of the best features about using your slow cooker is that you literally don’t have to touch it during the hours it’s cooking..
There’s little to no chance it’s going to burn, as long as you use enough liquid, since the heat turns off automatically when the timer is done..
Once the tri-tip beef is finished cooking, the meat just falls apart, and makes the whole house smell so good..
This slow cooker recipe is just awesome..
Slow cooker recipe #2: Pork tenderloin with vegetables.
Course: Main Dish.
Prep Time: 2 minutes.
Cook Time: 6 hours.
Servings: 8.
INGREDIENTS.
3 lbs pork loin.
24 oz tomato sauce (with olive oil, not soybean oil).
2 sliced Zucchini.
1 head cauliflower (chopped).
2 tbsp dried basil.
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Add the pork loin to your slow cooker..
2. Add in a healthy olive oil based tomato sauce that uses all natural ingredients. Make sure your tomato sauce does not contain soybean oil..
3. Add 2 sliced zucchinis and a head of chopped cauliflower. However, feel free to use any of your favorite chopped vegetables..
4. Add 2 tbsp of basil to give it an incredible flavor..
5. Stir it up to make sure the tomato sauce is covering all the ingredients..
6. Add the top to the slow cooker, set the timer for 6 hours, and you’re done..

Protein: 45g.
Carbohydrates: 8g.
Fat: 16g.
